All of us have advanced degrees in applicable disciplines, either in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or IT Management. Edward Lam: Co-founder and President.  Edward has 15+ years of cumulative telecom experience in Research, Systems Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Systems Implementation, Product Development, Project and Program Management, specializing in Wireless Communications, Telecom Networks, Telephony, Broadband Networks, IP Technology and Operations Support Systems from world-class companies such as Sprint, Verizon Wireless and Bellcore.  Also, Edward has 8+ years of experience in director-level and senior-manager-level voice and data network engineering and management in large enterprise high-availability, carrier-grade environments, including critical infrastructure implementation and deployment on a nationwide basis.  The responsibilities included supervisory and budgetary ones as well.  Edward's broad telecom experience includes PSTN, Voice and Data technologies, SS7, SONET, IP Networks, B-ISDN, ATM, Frame Relay, SMDS, xDSL, CDMA2000, TIA/EIA41, TIA/EIA-95 standards, GSM, TDMA, AMPS, RF, Smart Antenna, MSC/VLR, HLR, AAA, HA, FA, and PDSN mobile IP systems.  Throughout his career he has rapidly gained experience in virtually every facet of telecom engineering and operations.  The sum and parts of Edward's experience can be applied in various ways depending upon the needs and business objectives of your organization.  Currently, Edward is also an independent telecom consultant, doing works for CWGI, Sprint, Airsage and others. In addition to his broad technical knowledge and experience, Edward's strengths are in Management (project, program and people), Team-Building, Leadership, Systemization, Communication (oral and written presentations), Planning, Strategic Vision and Customer Focus.  Edward has both bachelor's and master's degree in electrical engineering from CCNY, and has completed all the PhD/EE course works at Rutgers University. 

Dan Song Lam: Co-founder and Chief Web Developer.  Dan has many years of web design and web development experience.  Dan's first-rate designs and quality works have gained the admiration, respect and praise from many satisfied clients and customers.  In addition, Dan is an expert in Windows and PC networking, computer graphic design, as well as an Internet expert.  Dan earned a master's degree in Computer Science from Sam Houston University.

Professor Yiwang Song: Principal Business Consultant. Professor Song, a professor in Material Science in Wuhan, China, has brought to us many years of industry experience and is instrumental in helping us establish new and important contacts and build business relations for doing trades with China, especially in the steel industry.

Yu Liu: Software Engineering Director.  Yu has over two decades of computer and programming experience.  He is an expert in both hardware and software in computer architecture, Internet applications, Windows applications, database development and IT operations.  Yu earned his master's in Computer Science from Sam Houston University.

Dr. Ruwang Song: Principal Project Manager.  Dr. Song is a professor of Physics at University of Colorado.  Her leadership, communication, negotiation, planning, documentation and project management skills have helped LSIC greatly in acquiring new clients, managing client relationships and projects, and producing quality documentations.

Jinsong Zhang: Web / Graphic Designer. With over seven years graphic design experience, Jinsong not only has strong ability to apply application software such as Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator on both Mac and PC plantform, but also has strong design and project management skills. She received her Master Degree of Art in Multimedia Design from University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Hongyu Zhou: Programmer.  HongYu has over five years of technical and programming experience from well-known companies such as HP and Compact Computers.  She earned her master's degree in Computer Science from Sam Houston University.

Cindy Song: Programmer.  Cindy has expertise in database (such as Oracle) and programming.  Also, Cindy has an associate's degree in IT Management from JCCC.
